PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE.

All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

 

Warranty

 All graphics carry a 6 months limited warranty. All other products carry a 12 months limited warranty. However, if your order is incorrect or damaged in shipping please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and at our discretion we will make the proper arrangements.

 

Graphic Approval

Graphic orders will be scheduled to ship by Graphics Department and the order will be processed as ordered unless you notify us to any changes prior to ship date scheduled. Graphics must be pre-approved in writing via email before printing can take place. Please only approve of your graphic art when you are ready to commit to it's printing, as this approval is final, and not reversible. Approval must be received by 3 PM PST for that business day to count or else approval date will be following business day.

 

Limitation of Liability

Sunrise4Prints.com shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Sunrise4Prints.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

When placing an order with Sunrise4Prints.com the customer agrees to the terms or our limited liability, and return and refund policies. Sunrise4Prints.com 's limit of liability is the purchase price of the stand or banner purchased. The customer agrees to hold Sunrise4Prints.com harmless for any other costs other than those associated with the direct purchase price of the stand or banner purchased. Sunrise4Prints.com does not refund shipping charges. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges of products. Sunrise4Prints.com is not responsible for products damaged in shipping, mis or redirected products, or any other circumstances out of Sunrise4Prints.com 's control. A stand or banner may be either refunded or repaired at Sunrise4Prints.com 's discretion, if it is within the return policy time frame.

 

Typographical Errors

In the event that a Sunrise4Prints.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Sunrise4Prints.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Sunrise4Prints.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and you were charged.

 

Term & Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Sunrise4Prints.com without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

 

Return Policy

Should you need to return a product due to order cancellation or for any other reason not covered by our warranty, we reserve the right to carry out a 100% inspection of the product before accepting the return. All returns of this nature are susceptible to a 25% restocking fee. Unwanted returns will not be accepted 30 days after the shipping date of the original product. Sunrise4Prints.com will not accept the return of a used product, a custom made product, or inkjet graphics.

 

Shipping Damage

The arrival of a product damaged in shipping is a ‘non-warranty issue’ and claims must be reported to our customer service department within three business days of receipt as carriers will not settle damage claims after this period. Customers that delay damage reporting will forfeit their right to replacement. When submitting a shipping damage claim, digital photos may be required to document damage to the shipping container or product. Carriers reserve the right to inspect damages prior to settling a claim.  Upon authorization to return the damaged product, all returns must be made to Sunrise4Prints.com within 2 weeks of delivery.

 

Order Cancellation

Cancellation of custom manufactured or imprinted products may accrue costs associated with the order up to the time of cancellation. The customer is responsible for these costs which can include, but are not limited to, labor, materials and custom imprinting.

 

Shipping Methods

Sunrise4Prints.com uses Air Express Shipping Service, TNT, DHL, FEDEX  for order shipments. A street address is required on all product orders. We cannot deliver product orders to P.O. Boxes. Please note that production time does not include freight time.

 

Time Critical Orders

Customers with firm event dates must indicate those dates before ordering.  Custom orders involving artwork often require expedited shipping to meet client in-hand dates. Customer service will inform customers of added shipping expenses prior to making any changes to their order. No charges will be made without the express permission of the client. Sunrise4Prints.com reserves the right to change carriers at is sole discretion.

 

Carrier Delays

Sunrise4Prints.com is event date-driven. We institute quality and production controls to ensure orders are produced and shipped on time. Unfortunately, we have no control over delivery of orders once they leave our production facilities. Once an order is picked up, the responsibility for timely delivery falls on the carrier. Sunrise4Prints.com will not be held liable for missed event dates due to carrier delay issues.
